Support Groups

H.O.P.E. holds a monthly support group meeting the first Wednesday of every month that allows cancer patients, family members and caregivers a place to share their experience and realize they are not alone in their struggle with cancer. The environment at these meetings is warm and inviting. Participants choose how much or how little they wish to share. The support group is self-directed, therefore, the members of the group select topics which are of greatest interest and benefit to the group. H.O.P.E. volunteers secure various speakers, such as nutritionists, physical therapists, etc. to provide valuable information to the group.
